All these privileges are strictly reserved for users who maintain an active subscription and fulfill the corresponding payment obligations. 6.2 Trial Period and Monthly Billing
The subscription includes a 7-day free trial period from the moment of enrollment. During this trial period, no charges will be made. After this period, monthly charges will be made automatically using the user’s registered payment method. The first charge will be made at the end of the trial period, after which the subscription will begin. Payments will be made monthly to maintain the subscription active and access to benefits.
6.3 Maximum Duration
The maximum duration of the subscription is one year from the date of enrollment. At the end of this period, the subscription will automatically terminate unless the user renews it.
6.4 Personal and Non-Transferable Use
The subscription is personal, individual, and non-transferable. Sharing the account with third parties or reselling, commercializing, or redistributing top-ups purchased through the service is not allowed. Breach of this rule may result in immediate account cancellation without refund rights.
6.5 Fee and Billing
The subscription involves a fixed monthly fee of 22 €, which will be charged automatically on the corresponding renewal date using the user’s registered payment method. This amount is clearly displayed at the time of enrollment and will remain unchanged unless prior notice of changes is given.
This fee includes access to the service and its associated benefits but does not cover the cost of top-ups or virtual cards, which must be paid separately. Top-ups can be purchased at any time with discounts according to the active plan. Virtual cards are subject to availability, specific usage conditions, and variable prices communicated at the time of purchase.
By subscribing, the user accepts the recurring monthly charge of 22 €, which will continue until the subscription is canceled from the client area or via the available contact channels.
6.6 Automatic Renewal
The subscription is automatically renewed each month to ensure continuous access to service benefits. The user can check the date of the next renewal at any time from their account. They will also be notified by email of the next billing date and the corresponding amount before the charge is made.
6.7 Cancellation of the Subscription

The cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle: no new charges will be generated, but the user will retain the subscription benefits until the expiry date of the period already paid.
As a general rule, refunds are not issued for unused periods. However, the user may request a refund if they believe there is a justified cause, such as having subscribed unintentionally, not having clearly understood the service conditions, or not intending to use it. If the attempt to charge the monthly subscription cannot be completed successfully (for example, due to insufficient funds or issues with the payment method), several automatic retries will be made in the following days. If, after multiple attempts, the payment is still not completed, the subscription may be suspended or canceled until the user updates their payment method and the situation is resolved.
6.14 Penalty for Reactivation After Cancellation
If a customer cancels their subscription and subsequently reactivates it or purchases it again, they will be subject to a mandatory minimum commitment period of forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of the new activation. During this period, the subscriber may not exercise the right to early cancellation of the subscription or request any refund related to it.
In this case, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that no payments made during the commitment period will be refunded, even if they express their intention not to continue with the service.
The reactivation of the subscription implies full acceptance of this specific condition, which is considered an integral and inseparable part of these General Terms and Conditions.

We will send an email upon registering for the service, in each billing cycle when a charge is made, and when the subscription is canceled. In particular, you must correctly identify the phone number or email account associated with the account to which the top-up should be sent. You must ensure that any instructions displayed back to you for confirmation are correct, accurate, and truthful. All confirmed instructions are final and binding on you. Rechargenumber.com and/or its service providers will not be responsible for any consequences related to incorrect, inaccurate, or false information you provide. You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from failing to provide correct, accurate, and truthful information, or from failing to correct inaccurate information before final confirmation.
The provision and maintenance of the equipment and devices necessary to access the applications are entirely your responsibility. If you access the applications from a mobile device, your mobile carrier may charge you for Internet access from the device.
