You may also be charged a secure online processing fee for any product purchased through the applications. If you choose to send an optional SMS to the top-up recipient, an additional fee may apply for the message.

For top-ups or prepaid cards, you acknowledge and agree that RechargeNumber.Com only acts with your authorization to send the Top-Up or Prepaid Card, and that the relevant third party will be solely responsible to you and the recipient regarding the provision of services related to the Top-Up or Prepaid Card. As soon as the Top-Up or Prepaid Card is purchased, it can be used immediately and, therefore, cannot be refunded or withdrawn. To prevent the products from being used on an incorrect phone or incorrect electronic address, RechargeNumber.Com asks you to confirm that the recipient details you have provided are correct.

You acknowledge that you will lose the right to cancel services once RechargeNumber.Com has fully carried them out. Therefore, you will not have the right to request any refund under the European Union 2013 regulation on consumer rights, including information, cancellation, and other rights. Please note that the applications limit the number and value of products that can be purchased or received within a specific period (e.g., per day, week, or month). Other limitations and exclusions related to the use of the applications or the purchase of products may also apply.

The corresponding amount will be credited to the customer within up to 10 business days, depending on the policies and processing times of the involved banking institutions.
