If a payment has not been processed correctly, we automatically cancel it, and the money should remain in your bank account. Sometimes, the payment may appear in your bank as "pending," which means your bank still needs to process the cancellation. Your bank may take up to 5 days to unblock that amount of money; this will depend on your bank.
If more than 5 days have passed and your bank still hasn't returned the amount, you can show them the payment not processed notice we sent you when the transaction could not be completed, so they can proceed to unblock it immediately.
