Why have I been charged for a failed transaction?

Our service will never charge you for a failed transaction. However, you may see a temporary hold on your bank account. This charge will never be processed, and the money will be available again in your account within the next business days.

If the transaction you wish to make fails for any reason, the hold will appear on your bank account as a pending charge for a few days, but in no case will you be charged this amount, and it will be available again in your bank account within a maximum of 7 business days. The timeline for releasing this hold depends on your bank and not on us.

If you have any doubts about your bank's hold policies, we advise you to contact them directly, as these policies vary from bank to bank.
