Is it possible to get an invoice for my order?

In case you need an invoice for your order, don't worry. You just need to contact our Customer Service and request it.

What do you need to request an invoice?

When you complete your purchase, we will send you an email with the confirmation of your order to the address you provide us.

You will need to contact our Customer Service by sending the following information:

• Order number, which you will find in the email we send you when you make the recharge.
• Phone number you have recharged.
• Email address to which you want us to send the invoice.
• Complete billing information: business name, tax identification number, billing address, province, city, postal code...

As soon as we have all the necessary information, we will send your invoice to the email address you provide us as soon as possible.
