Yes, you can request a refund for your subscription, provided that you meet the conditions outlined in our refund policy.
To request it:
Go to the subscription cancellation form. This form is available both through the links included in the emails we send you, and in your Client Area, under the Payments and Subscriptions section.
Check the box “Request a refund”.
Provide a valid justification, in line with our conditions.
Once your request has been submitted, our team will review your account and, if eligible, approve the refund.
